you missed the point.

the point is that cheeky was trying to make people think they were on SI by providing an exact duplicate page.

Someone who didn't know any better would think they were on SI, not on his page.

If Cheeky had wanted to he could have done something malicious with that IP that he gained (if he tracked it). He was making people think they were on a legitimate site.

Apparently he has changed it now but I don't know cause I haven't been to his site since he changed it.
