Shawn: In case you didn't see it, INCE has released a letter to EDVC shareholders. It states that they 'will be filing' with the SEC for distribution of shares on Feb 3 or 4. They expect the SEC to take from 60 to 90 days to approve same. On or about May 1, 1997 it should be effective. Then 90 days after the first distribution, we will get the second. The remaining distributions will be as originally scheduled, and not require any additional SEC authorization.
