Just had a call from a proxy service HIRED
BY SHVA to let the stockholders know that the
proxies regarding the INTC deal were being sent
out and the company wants stockholders to vote!
THEY MAY NOT HAVE THE VOTES TO CARRY THIS DEAL!
EVERYONE SHOULD VOTE NO!!!!!!!
BTW, no news on earnings.
