Money Guild, Inc. Announces Name Change and Election of President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board February 4, 1999 04:13 PM NEW YORK, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Money Guild, Inc. announces that it has changed its name to Vencap Holdings, Inc. and that such name change was approved by the State of Nevada. Subsequently, the Company changed its cusip number to 92260T 10 8, and requested that the NASD change its trading symbol to reflect the name change. Furthermore, the Company will retain its trading symbol MYGD until it receives approval from the NASD. In addition, Tony D.
