M.Blossom is apparently caught up in a personal crusade against Venturi Technologies. We are finding her articles on various web sites. Her comments seem to not only degrade us, but also reflect poorly on the web sites where she dumps her garbage. Some web sites allow anything, I guess.
For the record, we are not carpet manufacturers (as was stated in one of her previous postings), and therefore, not involved in the alleged vertical integration (no more than Stanley Steamer, Chem Dry, or the other big boys can be tied to vertical integration).
As far as being "under investigation" for violation of blue sky laws, M.Blossom will soon find her self under investigation for promoting false, malicious, and slanderous material. There is absolutely no proof, no cause, and no indication of any investigation by any given agency or individual (other than M. Blossom herself). On the contrary, we are under intense scrutiny by our investors (international and domestic), as well as the Security Exchange Commission. We are in the process of moving from the OTC:Bulletin Board to NASDAQ. A company cannot make that move while being under investigation for Blue Sky Laws violations. That's a NO BRAINER.
As for lawsuits "just received yesterday", M. Blossom has published that line for the past year on these web sites. The credibility of this author is laughable. These law suits stem from a 1985 Texas Oil Company that "went under" with the rest of Texas in the 80's during the world-wide oil glut. Two of our principles were tied to that industry that went bust over a decade ago. We don't apologize for it, IT IS IRRELAVANT TO VENTURI TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Harbor Properties was a large multi-family apartment-complex management company. Our biggest problem in managing these 1000's of units was carpet cleaning! We resolved the problems from the perception of the consumer. (Harbor Properties was an extremely dissatified consumer).
We began marketing our concept under Action Venturi, and later dropped the word "Action". Why Miss Blossom feels that is deserving of being listed on the FBI's most-wanted list is beyond us.
For the record, we have reserved four different web sites using four variations of our name--perhaps M. Blossom can inform us if that move
constitutes a vast right-wing conspiracy.

The cleaning boys met in Nantucket Continuing to teach "Flood & Suck It"/ When Venturi walked in, the boys howled with chagrin, "We wish we
would have thunk it".
The industry is bad the consumer is mad and few have tried to change it. Venturi steps in and causes a spin, and all they can do is disdain it.
The jealous and slow with hate do they glow as Venturi continues to make it. They turn to the Net, their vengence to let hoping some sucker will take it.
As birds of a feather, they all flock together and find some poor soul to swallow. But truth is eternal and persistence supernal, they'll all wind up stuck in a hollow.
Perhaps sticks and stones may break up our bones, but lies always stem from beginners. We know who we are, COME TRAVEL AFAR AND JOIN A CRUSADE MADE FOR WINNERS.
Now let it be said, we've suffered and bled, but no one will ever stop it. We are destined to win, though losses now in, We will triumph with stock and with profits.
