Since Jan, 1th 1995 you had only 4 buying opportunities like this:

I for myself, will not wait for big shoots like this. I bought some more today @160 and will continue on further weakness.

BTW. since MSFT is mature (trading over 10), maximum decline from an all time high was 26% only. Neither DELL nor CSCO can compete with this (You should consider this if you buy on margin).
