Glad you are finally with us Slim and did not short this down to .30 !

Anyhow, I am willing to bet that the answer is here for this breakout today of 60%

"Queenstake, with $8.7-million in the treasury, is one of the few cash-rich juniors that are still active in Peru."

1) Newcrest will advise the company in the first quarter of
1999 as to whether it will finance additional drilling and the timing
thereof.

2) The company is also drilling its 60-per-cent-owned Guinoloza project in Mexico next to the El Sauzal deposit.

3) "The big project is Uchcumachay, where Barrick is drilling a
Pierina-style epithermal target."
"Barrick has a drill program under way on Queenstake's Uchcumachay project in the south Ancash area of Peru. Mr. Kaiser says it has potential as a major gold system. "

"Queenstake Resources Ltd. is committed to its mission to discover
one or more mineral deposits to materially enhance shareholder
value."
They said this when the stock was .52 Those that grabbed some cheap shares at .28-.32 over the last few days, obviously were reading behind the lines. Those that are patient the queen will reward.
