Nasdaq web site lists consensus being .20!

Until two weeks ago, it said .19....so one of the 3 analysts raised its number...but I don't seeing any bump in the stock as a result..

I agree that .19 is a good show...but will it be perceived this way?
(Especially given any reports saying they missed their number)
