Well, now Sharky Extreme already posted on their AMD roadmaps that the K7 will be debuting at 500 MHz, not 550 or 600 like some people on this thread predicted.

Then Sharky Extreme says that their sources both within AMD and their distributors don't expect the K7 to appear until mid-July, and probably in very small volumes. Then once the 0.18 micron process starts cranking up, we'll see K7 in larger volumes, but don't bet on the zero-hiccup scenario.

Of course, we'll see the usual spin from Jerry as he redefines the meaning of the word "release".
