If you look back in time, Woody sells 400K or so shares every year, some time before April 15. I'm told he usually claims to need to do so to pay taxes. In any case, if I had 4 million or so shares of PTSC, I'd probably want to diversify too, regardless of the future prospects. SEA LTD is effectively the same as Richard McDanials (according to prior SEC documents), and he seems to do the same as Woody. Benedict Arnold
