As I understand it a continuance is requested in order to a) gain acceptance of the plan by 1 or more creditors b) change/modify the plan by the debtor c) one or more parties just isn't ready d) the lawyers can have more billable hours <vbg>. I believe AGTI's was due to (d), although (a) would be my second choice! LOL Shaq
