Terry, Longer term, which is where I put March and further out, I would agree totally with you about the bearishness. But you will note at almost each and every turndown at THIS level of the indicator, there has been a 3-5% bounce... and that would fit exactly in with my forecast. You may remember, I had thought back in mid-January that the BK would start right around now... AND IT MAY STILL DO IT! But currently I see no volume indications on the electric utitilies to say get out. If we do tank, I will be the first to admit I am wrong. However, there still is a bit too much bullishness for me right now. Now when I look at the mutual fund flows tonight, I may totally change my mind! Bill
