If you could invest would you?

First off thanks to everyone who contributed onthis thread. I have an opportunity to invest in this company - I would be doing it assuming the highest degree of risk and would be using risk capital. Would appreciate all of your opinions. esp. Ahhaha, Frank, george, sector and webster.
