Did he PLAN to Sell or actually SELL on 01/29/99? Message 7662794 if he PLANs to sell, then it's no big deal, I don't blame him. if he actually SOLD so close to the IPO date, then I'm kinda surprised how easially people here have dismissed this report?! I mean, this guys been exercising options and selling them all along; you'd think he could wait a bit longer for more $? I can understand when lot's of insiders were selling in Nov'98 soon after the market tanked, and the IPO may have been shakey, but would YOU sell 122,000 shares if you thought and IPO was immenent?! I don't think so. Then maybe he knows something we don't, and our euphoria for this stock is blinding us to it.
