Kurlak might be identified as a Contra-Indicator. Someone should perform a study of his statements for 1997 & 1998. The study should look like this:

INTEL UPGRADES
Date......Intel Price 1 week prior to upgrade.
----------------Price 1 day after upgrade.
----------------Price 1 month after upgrade.
----------------Price 2 months after upgrade.
----------------Price 4 months after upgrade.
and

INTEL DOWNGRADES
Date......Intel Price 1 week prior to downgrade.
----------------Price 1 day after downgrade.
----------------Price 1 month after downgrade.
----------------Price 2 months after downgrade.
----------------Price 4 months after upgrade.
