I don't think we'll gap down. The Online Financial Data Providers are going to explode just like the Online Brokerage's did, they all need them to attract customers. I just recently opened an account with E-Trade cause they offer active traders free Level II and I'm sure many others have also. I got into PQT, TRAC, and OMGA today. IMO, their time has come!
