I seem to recall that Intel indicated (perhaps to the Montgomery Conference) that they would go after the low end market and as a result gross margins were expected to be 57% instead of the current 58%. Perhaps this is what the market/Kurlack are reacting to? I can't recall off the top of my head where I saw this info, however.
