Stock Watcher, I can give you some info as well. FNTN has been building business in the last two years and 99 is their start. They're in Internet and Intranet (see http://www.fntn.com) and as per Michael Sheppard - President, COO and Director, the Intranet business is going to take off in the near future. The company is well positioned for today and for years to come. Recent events: SEC filling done in few days, so they will be reporting by the 2nd Q of 99 as per SEC rules and therefore being one of the 50% BB stocks that will remain listed (as per SEC estimated 50% of companies will not able to file). From my conversation with Michael from yesterday and couple weeks ago: * SEC almost done * PR's coming in Feb * 1.5 mil of contracts done deal (annual) * estimated rev's for 99 - 5 mil (conservative as they stated) * profitable this year (think it was 3 Q but not sure on that one). * they might become "mini" search engine as mentioned by Michael. * they never IPO'd * have former NESCAPE guy on board Stock was at .5's just few weeks ago, now Bid 1.75.
