What price war? Even if Intel gave away for free a microprocessor for each one that AMD is to build (eg 15M @ 100.00ea. = $1.5B) Intel would still have net profits of over $4.5B.

But, I think that might cause problems with DOJ - so instead Intel will be forced to sell Celerons with gross margins around 57% and still undercut AMD.

You will only be able to buy Intel at 60 only after Intel splits again after April 12. Don't hold your breath.
