A source I spoke with today indicated a Chilean group, which holds 10,000,000 shares of mdin and has been trying unsuccessfully to receive their certs received a call from the transfer agent today. The response: we're not able to deliver them. What happens now, does the transfer agent contact the SEC and the mms are forced to cover? If a short squeeze can occur in a penny stock this looks like it has all the ingredients: strong fundamentals, a large short position, and a large % of certs registered. Let the games begin.
