Just as sonn as I say good things about Scotia it all goes to hell - Their systems were down today - One terminal for 6 order takers to place orders - On hold for 8-10 minutes and the online service dwon. Go figure - AND I was badmouthing QTR in a PM to someone last night I must be the contraarian
