* To ALL * After reviewing the initial prospectus dated August 11th 1998, I was able to conclude that this is not the only time this management team did a reverse acquisition. Current CEO, Douglas L. Mason is also CEO for another company which also started by a reverse acquisition, then traded on the TSE and on NASDAQ. That may be their intention again! I just found out today through a business associate that the CEO is currently in New York for 3 days. I'm quite sure that it's regarding a new location...in the U.S. !!!! So he was told also !!! We'll soon find out! The Coz They are moving fast !
