The new regulations are being distributed currently. Some people on the internet were flaunting ways to scam the gov't with the election, and just like the three martini lunch, and deductible trips to annual meeting and cruise ship investment seminars, the IRS clamped down and severely restricted the benefits. If you trade based on FUNDAMENTALS, the courts say you are an investor, and not a trader. Colin
