I experienced such slow executions back in November, and that is why I changed to Waterhouse. Not that WH is without problems, but at least the longest wait time has been less than 15 min on the phone. I've waited close to an hour before with etrade, orders rarely got filled better than limit, etc,etc. IMOH, Etrade grew to fast, similar to AOL, cant handle the volume, but will someday be better than most. However, it pisses me off that thier growth is at our expense. At least AOL offered a few free months! Etrade needs to slow down, quit spending so much money on commercials to get new accounts and concentrate on current customers.
