Fear of higher interest rates is being reported because on the strong economy. If the economic data just released was weak, the reports would say OH NO were in a recession.

Just wait for the herd to leave. Buy on the dips and wait for them to come back after they find there is nothing to worry about until March when Greenspan's Fed will meet again.
