Yes he did...however, nothing indicates it was tied to that.
He's a smart guy who is diversifying his portfolio.

If Bill Gates tried to remove all his MSFT stock at once,
the stock would crash and he might be left with 65% of the
stock value now....Dell the same....so take it out slowly.
