JDCP --

There was never an update from the company when and if they ever actually bought back any shares.

In the December 31, 1998, 10QSB released by the company, it was written: The Company relies upon current placement of its' securities to provide liquidity for its development of prototype and manufacturing operations. The Company is also anticipating to produce additional liquidity over the next twelve months through the sale of part of its' holding in BioModa, Inc. These sales of securities will provide adequate liquidity to meet adequate requirements through the end of fiscal year 1999.

As there's been no update of that statement, either, it's unknown if they have sold shares of either ADOT or Biomoda since then. Someone was obviously selling into the buying today, but it's impossible to know exactly who.

Hope that helps,

Richard
