El Callao will have 3/4ths of Bema's current ounces from Refugio when this project starts up, with lower costs per ounce. The mine will be cheap at $69 million. Bema would benefit greatly from a merger with ECM, I think. Economically its looking like a mine, but the wild card is wacky Venezuela, with the new administration. Would be nice to get a positive signal from Chavez or the mining minister... John
