The proof is there was no PR issued today. Anything material would have had to have been announced through a PR. If they had something material to say (like a purchase order) they would have announced it via a PR prior to the meeting so they could have discussed it during the meeting. Just as ULBI announced their Asian JV right before their annual meeting.
