IMHO the trader you refer to (emphasis on trader) jumped in and got a bargain. He/she will turn around and flip MEO at 30 cents, irregardless of the drill results. I was waiting in the weeds last week at 26 cents and got too busy to call my broker. If not that "small trader" could have been someone like myself. You may be right, but don't get too nervous.
