Hi Mark Remember milk is for babies not men :-) My younger son was very allergic to milk so we have been through the soy thing. The soy made him sick to his stomach so we finally found a solution in Almond milk. It is very good and nutritous. Cows milk is not very healthy and I have shared that with my mother for the years she forced me in a form of torture to drink the aweful stuff. I tried to convince her that it was not good for me but it was no use. Honestly it sounds like you have a deep self destructive desire from the Cap'n Crunch addiction. I hope you have found your bottom and can accept your new life choice.<ggg> I hope things are going good for you and your family Nancy
