Can someone try this out for me? I was bumped out of MMPT and PER for not having met the eligibity requirements. I just dont know why! Now I wanted to take a second look at Eligibility form and went in to make an offer for NSOL (not that I want to make an offer) I click on the "Fill Eligibity form" and it immediately pops up a message "Offering Not Suitable"!! Can someone try to fill an order and see if you get an eligibity form? Also, can you check the userid Etrade asks you to use when filling an order for the secondary offering. Do you see the same user id always with any IPO offering? Basically, I wondering is the use the user id somehow to bump one out of an offering... Someone please help me out. Send me PM if you prefer.
