Well even though TD WebBroker sucks the big one, I found that if you can get yourself a presidents account, the service is GREAT! If you do a lot of trading (which you do), you should tell them when you sign up how much commission you've paid with your last account and that you'd like to be immediately setup with an Presidents account. If you're lucky they'll do it right away, otherwise you'll need at least $5k in commissions.

I've found that their regular phone service first of all takes forever to get to a live person, and half the time it's not even a trader.

With the presidents line, I usually get through in 1 or 2 rings to a live person, and they always know what they're talking about. Sure it costs more than doing it through WebBroker but on a fast moving stock like BII, you'll save a LOT more by not missing any oppurtunities.

I usually trade through WebBroker, but when the action is hot and heavy at opening bell, I always call in my orders. It usually takes 30 seconds to a minute to have it pop up, depending on how many trades you've made up to that point in the day. (Since their accounting system doesn't keep track of everything realtime, they actually have to look at your prior buys/sells for the day to make sure everything balances out)

Good luck! Now if only they could fix that POS WebBroker...
