I, too, have been very pleased with Schwab. There have been many improvements in their online trading abilities in the last year. As a 500 customer we get some really nice services like the faxes on our stocks, options specialists, etc. Lately, when I put in a limit order, I have been getting a LOT of price improvements.....on Monday I even got a price improvement of 1/2 point. That being said, it is web trading. There will be times when the site is down, slow, whatever. I would like to find a backup up account for when that happens. Mary
