OK then... absurd as it is, good of you to return and take center
ring at this Circus! I have but one more question for you:

Why does FTEL get such a bum rap? Why is it the basher's choice?
And why so many? ....ok that was 3 questions.

1. Well, Thank you for your opinion.

2. Center ring ? I thought I was the announcer <g>

3. Why Does FTEL get a bum rap ?.... Hmmm.. Are you talking about the USAT deal, or just the flood of people coming in here ?

If is the USAT deal, frankly I do not know, I thought this deal marked a fresh start. I believe it is NOT FTEL's fault that the client happens to run into trouble with the SEC... it baffles me, perhaps it is a mere coincidence, the truth is I do not know.

However, FTEL is NOT USAT. yes they are a major client for ftel, but not the only one. It was a good thing the cash was received up front, that is a sign of good management.

While this is not a good thing to happen to FTEL, it is not the end of the world. Bottom line this is a very competitive business, a new industry practically, and there are a lot of very smart people out there competing.... You can not afford to make mistakes, as the next guy is ready to eat your lunch the second you drop it.

So FTEL must press on.

In my opinion, the sell-off as a result could have been worse. Next event... I believe is the report of last quarter, (I can not remember what quarter it is, I think is the 3rd quarter, and I believe the report is tomorrow ?-- I do not remember).

Perhaps it will be a good report. Again, I do not know.

As for the bashers.... I do not agree that FTEL receives an undue amount or an oversupply of them.... actually the posting volume here is not nearly as high as it used to be.

Now, so the bashers are here... that is inevitable, particularly if you continue to be in the bb flea market. This is where these guys live.

The other aspect is, the response people give to the same bashers....

If it is obvious that the poster is a basher... well, ignore him/her, the "next" button is the best solution. However, how many times someone shows up with a reasonable question and immediately is labeled this, that, or the other.....

Or... on the other hand the you have the eternal "our time will come soon, just beyond the horizon, just around the next hill......" blah, blah, blah..... one is as bad as the other....

I personally believe that a lot of people are emotionally attached to this stock. That is a big error, because it clouds your objectivity.

It has been said before.... the objective of investing in stocks is to make money, the rest is for the story books.

To question the performance of a stock, does not represent that the company is bad, or fraudulent, or anything like that, one needs to find out WHY the stock is doing what is doing.

In my eyes, the single most important thing that I see as a positive for FTEL is that IT IS A REPORTING COMPANY.

FTEL REPORTS TO THE SEC. Contrary to many, many bb stocks that are non-reporting. To me that gives more credibility to the company, and that has value.

Has there been mistakes, in marketing, finance, and possibly others... yes. Are they correcting it, I believe so.

It is not easy, it it were, lots of others would be doing it.

Now.... All of the above does not mean that the performance of the stock is guaranteed. The risk is still there. and I do not have the answer if they are going to make it or not.

All I can do is evaluate the level of risk, and if I am willing to take it or not. Once I make the choice it is only my choice, whatever the hell they say or not in the FTEL thread is, and should be irrelevant. Because I alone is and will be if I choose to buy, sell, or hold the stock.

If I allow myself to be influenced by the ramblings of a board, particularly baseless comments, both pro or against, then I will get what I deserve.

In my opinion, the SEC should not allow companies that are not reporting to them, to be traded publicly, because they are asking for trouble.... I am amazed that any company trades publicly without that requirement.

But.... I can not do anything about that... well, yes I can, I will not invest in them.

Now, I must put objectives as to what a stock should do for me, both as a profit and as a loss, and then trade objectively from that point. If you are investing long term AND DO NOT MIND TO TAKE THE RISK OF A BB STOCK.... then turn off your ears to the hypeing and/or bashing.... because you already made the decision to llok at this long term.

Personally, I would invest only in listed companies in the major exchanges, FTEL was a special case for me, I have done reasonable ok, (But I could have done a lot better had I been quicker... but that's history). At this point I am in the black (surprisingly!)... but my patience is wearing.... nothing to do with FTEL, it simply is wearing old.... not to mention that my opportunity cost is getting higher, since the alternatives out there are better and getting better still...

So.... there, the above, of course is only my opinion, no advice, I am not qualified to do so.

Most importantly... make your own decisions, you will sleep better, and you won't mind if a thousand maniacs come to this board to say.... my uncle has a bigger p*****k than FTEL, and can pee longer than you.

Even if they do.... you will laugh at them.... as I do....

Have a good night.
