I have found a VOIP product that appears to be mainly for personal use. A program that incorporates your PC and telephone into an answering machine, caller ID, two way calling worldwide, and you can call over the Net PC to phone, phone to PC, or PC to PC, and is free during the BETA phase. They claim you do not even have to be on the net to receive calls or have your PC on. They claim excellent voice clarity, and I just downloaded it for a trial. It looks good to me.
