NTT: I spoke with some of Greenline's brass last night at Edmonton's President's Reception. They're quite confident that the new version of WebBroker will make a difference. The other thing they emphasized was that they've recently hired a lot more staff to take the WebBroker orders. 50% of Greenline's orders are now received via WebBroker. I haven't had much of a problem with the system, but anything that makes it quicker would be welcome. Actually, the other day I had an order go through in about 20 seconds. It almost seemed automated...and I asked them about that possibility, but Greenline has no such plans for any kind of automated system. Orders will forever have to scroll before the eyes of a representative before being placed. WN
