Hello Joe, Once an insiders files form 144, he or she may sell immediately, as in the day of the filing. Not to worry, people! NAVARRE will enjoy a meteoric rise over the next few trading sessions. (Once the IPO is announced and then to the IPO date). The timing of todays announcement was designed to create a "gap-up" for tomorrow, so that the options strike price and premium will be much, much higher. CLEVER, clever, Mr. Paulson! With a nice stock move tomorrow and significant options buying (calls), an announcement for monday would be ideal! Stay tuned... Rico
