I read a report on CSCO today that said "John Chambers alone was worth an extra 10 billion in market cap to Cisco". That type of value comes from salesmanship and integrity of management. I've met John. If he says it, he'll do it. He is clearly a powerhouse. NN telling the bad news quickly is the same type of move, IMHO. Alan Lutz just took a big step towards establishing credibility, by stepping up and giving the news 4 days after the end of the quarter and 18 days, as I recall, ahead of the announced earnings release date. That my friend shows strength. I do agree though that the question is in the market what it will do as a reaction. Later, (-8 Dennis 8-)
