Remember that AMD lives in a magical world where cost is directly proportional to die size. Since the K6-2 has a smaller die size than the Celeron (1/2 I think), that must mean that AMD has half the costs of Intel, and thus AMD can sell their products at a 25% discount and still make a profit.

Have you seen the messages on this thread from a few months back? I don't know how many times the die-size argument was employed to show that AMD was going to slay the 800-lb. gorilla named Intel.
