I have sued the directors, Richard Clark, (also CEO); Oliver Timmins, (also President until June 21,1998), and Cynthia Timmins (who was secretary and treasurer) and
advisor, Allen Burditt (of Oilex) and Clifford Budd , who was a prior director and issued a report of the value of the oil fields , AND Robin Frederick Burditt, (wife of Allen Burditt) who was the President of Caye Chapel and of Churchill Resources,
in Houston, Texas, for issuing and / or preparing, false and misleading, financial statements and news releases,
that induced me to purchase shares of Oilex and Caye Chapel,
and said violations of Texas Security Laws and said conspiracy caused great loss.
IN ADDITION;
I am amending the Nevada lawsuit to separate my personal claim from the claim
of Oilex, and hold the directors and auditors reponsible for their fiduciary duty to me,
as a shareholder. I allege that they either participated willing in the conspiracy, or failed to perform their fiduciary obligations, or permitted themselves to be used
to defraud the shareholders instead of protecting the shareholders as was their duty
under Nevada State Securities Law, for a corporation incorporated in Nevada. |
