In a commercial enterprise, I would want to see 20% return on money as a minimum.....20% of 3 million is $600,000....that is the net I would like to see from this acquisition....Maybe that's a bit simplistic, since TASA hasn't really invested $3,000,000....looks to me more like maybe $2,000,000 and therefore $400,000 as net income would be OK, but I would like to see a higher ROI.
