I loved the CC but I have serious doubts whether some of the analysts asking questions know what planet the internet is on, and what the supply chain/trading community issues even are. Half the questions were nit picking about a percent or two on gross margins or software sales vs services when the only important fact is that the company sees clear 30% + growth as far as one can see, in a nice and steady fashion. SE also stated that they see no Y2K hit on their business as their customers are not deferring EC spending as Gartner Group appears to have incorrectly predicted. ERP yes but not EC. In addition there is more demand than they seem to be able to handle in providing cuastomers their Y2K testing solution where they can validate the Y2K readiness of the trading partners of a company, as a network/supply chain etc.

Also the 10Q for year just posted says SE which they recommend reading.

The call is worth listening to if you pay little attention to some (not all) of the analysts. Looks like a great long term investment.
