It is this known fact that is going to hinder sales of the Syjet. Alot of people will wait for the Jaz drive rather than buying the Syjet. I cannot imagine that Syquest will sell alot of these to the computer makers. It would add $300-400 to the cost of a system and provide only marginal benefit. It can't replace the 3.5" floppy drive.
