The CEO's dad it appears is doing quite well with his AZNT investments. Good for him... As a consultant, (dad provides or provided advice regarding international transactions) dad also received options. It appears AZNT is very generous and a good company to consult for... Dad had an option for 400,000 shares which he exercized at a pretty darn good price of 0.0001 per share. That was very wise. His $40 investment is now worth about $500,000 at current market price. Is this an arms length transaction in the best interest of shareholders?
