I would like to take this opportunity to explain to you that this thread has been thinly followed and several of us bought shares of PLRP when it was 50 cents. Since we bought, we have been subjected to numerous atrocities such as unidentified paid promoters to the dumping of shares by various PR firms and debentures by poor financing decisions made by Mr. Calkins.

For all that PLRP shareholders have been through, I have been extremely impressed with the way we have all handled the adversities thrown our way and decline in share price. We have realized that Dave Calkins is not a business man and I for one was pleased with his signing you on, hoping you could provide some badly needed exposure. I was hoping that you could help guide him in the proper direction to get Visual Writer off the ground as it is an excellent product, but we know that the product is only a minor factor in PLRP becoming successful.

Our outbursts over the RS are not directed at you, rather, the complete frustration we have felt all these many months. And a RS would be the last straw for any hope for us still holding our original shares. I still have my shares but no longer have any enthusiasm or optimism about PLRP at this time. I will be watching to see what business decisions the two of you make for Pacel and hope that I don't suffer as a result of them any more than I already have.
