Vman, have not followed CDRadio in awhile. I like the idea, but I have way too much money on the Loral tie-ins right now. Tight manifest with Proton, I thought the allotted yearly launches were booked and the Russians were pushing to increase the number. (From 8 to 12?) I also recall one vague reference in the mix that the slots were for GEOs only, not LEOs. I guess that all gets back to the idea I had they were booked already. If you are saying Lucent is delaying the process, I understand all bets are off. Hey, Zenit is available... :-) Jeff Vayda
