TREEV Names William Boersing Senior Vice President of Sales; Former Optika Executive Joins TREEV Management Team
HERNDON, Va., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- TREEV, Inc. (Nasdaq: TREV - news) today announced that it has named William Boersing as the Company's senior vice president of sales, effective February 8, 1999.
Mr. Boersing joins TREEV from MITEK Systems, Inc. a provider of intelligent character recognition technology for the document imaging market, where he was vice president of North American sales. Previously Mr. Boersing served as senior vice president of North American operations at Optika Imaging Systems, Inc., a $22 million document imaging, computer report processing and workflow software company. At Optika Mr. Boersing was responsible for day-to- day operations and support for Optika's product line and a staff of 30 sales and technical personnel. Prior to Optika, Mr. Boersing was president and CEO of Alliance Integration & Services, LLC, a $7 million software development and systems integration company focused on the banking, credit union and legal services market segments. Mr. Boersing has also served in managerial capacities at GTE Vantage Solutions and Bell & Howell Company.
