I just look at the message history and other than you, me and some guy called JS, there hasn't been a peep since September. Personally, I have been so disgusted with BYG's management that I haven't really cared to comment much.Their actions speak for themselves. Stealing equipment from ORI, illegally plundering the TYG and probably the YGC treasury, attempting and screwing up a hostile takeover of ORI, are probably just a few things that they have done. However, as is usually the case, what goes around comes around. If Graham Dickson, under who's leadership all of the above mentioned things have happened, doesn't get his deal for the TYG shares, he is personally facing some serious legal problems. Also BYG will be gone in a flash, because they are in a desperate situation now, and cannot survive without an infusion of capital. The $1.75m that they are supposed to get for the TYG shares will allow them to operate for a while, but in the longer term, their viability depends on many things going right. This has not happened in the past, and frankly I don't see it happening in the future.

Whatever happens, ORI should be rid of the BYG connection soon, and I will be more than happy to take BYG off my radar screen permanently. I hope we can renew our discussions on a more positive note on the TYG/ORI/AKA thread, because the developments that are unfolding certainly bode well for that group.
