The 1:4 reverse split WAS approved, as well as all other recommendations made by the board. My guess is that this often negative move won't turn out to be for VID since they are doing it without any shaddy stock issues, and also since the primary motive is to gain listing on Nasdaq which certainly can only be viewed as a positive. Also, if you look at their balance sheet, they have very good looking numbers relative to their current stock price, much more so than most companies in their league!
